We help founders and CEOs hire C-suite and VP-level conscious leaders who pair professional excellence with deep inner work. Think of it as conscious talent acquisition for venture-backed companies. This is a new category of mindful executive search built for founders who believe self-awareness is a performance edge, not a soft skill.
I’m also the author of Conscious Accomplishment: How to Use Personal Achievement for Spiritual Growth, a guidebook for ambitious people who want to deepen their spiritual path while succeeding in the world. Instead of treating achievement and spiritual evolution as opposites, the book shows how to use your goals to fuel the inner journey.
I write a newsletter on Substack exploring the evolution of consciousness and grounding perennial spiritual wisdom in modern life.
